LA14 steel plate rolling oil is a kind of process lubricating oil used in steel plate rolling process, which has the functions of lubrication, cooling and cleaning.
Lubrication function: it can form a lubricating film between the roller and the steel plate, reduce friction, reduce roller wear, improve rolling efficiency, make the surface quality of the steel plate better, reduce rolling force, and be beneficial to rolling thin steel plates.
Cooling function: effectively take away the heat generated in the rolling process, prevent the performance change or surface damage of rollers and steel plates due to overheating, and ensure the stability of the rolling process and product quality.
Cleaning function: it can wash away the metal chips and impurities produced in the rolling process to prevent them from mixing with the product surface and affecting the quality of steel plate.
Composition:
Base oil: it is the main component of rolling oil, usually mineral oil, synthetic ester or their mixture. Mineral oil has low cost and good lubricity; Synthetic ester has good lubricity, coolability and biodegradability.
Additives: including oiliness agent, extreme pressure antiwear agent, antioxidant, antirust agent, emulsifier, etc. Oily agent improves oil film adsorption capacity; Extreme pressure antiwear agent protects the surface of roller and steel plate at high pressure and high temperature; Antioxidants prevent oxidation deterioration of oil products; Rust inhibitors prevent metal from rusting; Emulsifier makes rolling oil form stable emulsion in water.
Classification:
According to usage: it can be divided into pure oil rolling oil and emulsified rolling oil. Pure oil rolling oil has good lubricity and is suitable for high precision and high speed rolling. Emulsified rolling oil has good coolability and cleanability, low cost and wide application.
According to the rolling process: there are hot rolling oil and cold rolling oil. Hot rolling oil should have good high temperature stability and lubricity; Cold rolling oil requires good fluidity and lubricity at low temperature, and requires high cleanliness and annealing performance.
