Description
CNC special cutting oil is a metal processing oil specially designed for CNC machining process.
Composition:
-Base oil: mineral oil and synthetic oil are mostly used. Mineral oil has low cost and wide sources; Synthetic oil has better performance, such as oxidation resistance and good low temperature fluidity.
Extreme pressure additives: such as sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine and other compounds, react with the metal surface to form a lubricating film during high pressure and high temperature cutting to prevent the tool from directly contacting the workpiece and reduce friction and wear.
-Oily additives: like animal and vegetable oils, can improve oil film adsorption, enhance boundary lubrication effect, reduce tool wear and improve the quality of machined surfaces.
-Antirust additives: prevent the workpieces and machine tool parts from rusting, and ensure that the workpieces are not corroded during processing and storage.
-Antioxidant: Inhibit oil oxidation, prolong service life and maintain stable performance.
Performance characteristics:
-lubricity: it can form a firm lubrication film between the tool and the workpiece, effectively reduce the friction coefficient, cutting force, tool wear and improve the surface smoothness and machining accuracy of the workpiece.
-Coolability: quickly take away the cutting heat, reduce the temperature in the cutting area, avoid the thermal deformation of the workpiece, prevent the hardness of the tool from decreasing due to high temperature annealing, and ensure the machining accuracy and tool life.
-Cleanliness: Wash away chips, abrasive chips and oil stains, prevent them from accumulating in the processing area and affect the processing, and keep the machine tools and tools clean.
-Rust resistance: form a protective film on the surface of the workpiece to block water and oxygen and prevent the workpiece from rusting.
-Stability: stable chemical properties, difficult deterioration and odor, long service life, and stable performance under different environments and working conditions.
Scope of application:
It is suitable for cutting, drilling, tapping and grinding of various metal materials on CNC machine tools, such as cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and alloy.
Precautions for use:
It is usually supplied in the form of concentrated solution, which needs to be diluted with water in proportion. Generally, the concentration used in CNC machining centers is 5-10%. It is necessary to regularly check the performance index and pollution of cutting oil and replace or supplement it in time to ensure the processing effect and normal operation of the equipment.
