Description
H320 heat transfer oil is a common heat transfer oil product with excellent thermal stability, oxidation resistance and long service life. The overall oil temperature can reach up to 320°C, and the interface temperature with the heat source can reach up to 355 C.
As a highly efficient heat transfer oil, it is widely used in the heat transfer system of textile, printing and dyeing, papermaking, pharmacy, chemical industry, rubber, plastics, wood processing and other industries.
When applied to closed heat transfer system, the overall oil temperature can reach up to 320°C, and the temperature of contact interface with heat source can reach up to 355 0. When applied to open heat transfer system, the temperature of contact interface between oil and air should not exceed 160°C at most.
-Ingredients: usually based on mineral oil, it is made by refining and adding various additives, such as antioxidants, detergents and dispersants, etc., to improve its performance.
Scope of application:
Widely used in various industrial fields that need heat transfer, such as chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, food processing, wood processing, asphalt heating and other industries. In these industries, the heat transfer medium commonly used in various heating equipment, reaction kettle, heat exchanger, etc. provides stable heat for the process.
Precautions for use:
When H320 heat transfer oil is used, the use temperature should be strictly controlled to avoid over-temperature operation, so as to prevent the performance degradation of heat transfer oil and safety accidents. Regularly test the heat transfer oil, monitor the changes of its performance indicators, such as acid value, viscosity, flash point, etc., and replenish or replace the heat transfer oil in time according to the test results. In addition, it is necessary to ensure the tightness of the heat transfer oil system to prevent leakage, and at the same time keep the system clean to avoid impurities from affecting the performance of the heat transfer oil.
