GS-HOC03 fast bright quenching oil is made of special base oil distillate and high-performance bright, antioxidant and other additives.
Composition:
-Base oil: Generally, deeply refined mineral oil or synthetic oil with better performance is used, which has good thermal stability and lubricity.
-Additive: contains a cooling agent, which can accelerate the cooling speed of the workpiece; Brightener can keep the surface of the workpiece bright after quenching and reduce oxidation and decarbonization; Antioxidant, prevent oil from oxidation and deterioration at high temperature, and prolong service life.
Performance characteristics:
-Fast cooling speed: it can make the workpiece cool quickly during quenching, meet the quenching requirements of some metal materials with high hardness and strength, and effectively improve the quenching quality and performance of the workpiece.
-Bright surface: The added brightener can form a protective film on the surface of the workpiece, inhibit the oxidation reaction, make the surface of the workpiece bright after quenching, reduce subsequent processing procedures, and improve production efficiency and product quality.
-Good thermal stability: in the process of high-temperature quenching, stable performance can be maintained, cracking, polymerization and other reactions are not easy to occur, and the consistency of quenching effect is ensured.
-Strong oxidation resistance: The function of antioxidant makes the oil product have good oxidation resistance, reduces the generation of sludge and carbon deposit, is convenient for maintenance and management, and is also conducive to maintaining the cleanliness of the workpiece surface.
Scope of application:
Suitable for quenching of various metal materials, such as medium carbon steel, medium carbon alloy steel, high carbon steel and some high alloy steel.
