Recommended use:

◆ Operating temperature is 20 ~ 80 C.
◆ Widely used in tempering and carburizing process of mesh belt furnace.

Description

GS-HOC02 rapid quenching oil is formulated by deeply refining specially selected distillate base oil and a variety of composite functional additives.
Features:

-Fast cooling speed: the workpiece can be cooled quickly during quenching to obtain higher hardness and better wear resistance. For example, in the heat treatment of automobile engine parts, gears, shafts and other parts can obtain good mechanical properties.

-Good oxidation resistance: it has good oxidation stability and long service life, and can reduce sludge and impurities caused by oxidation and keep the performance of oil products stable.

-High flash point: generally, the flash point is above 200℃, which is safe and reduces the risk of fire and other safety accidents during use.

Application:

-Applicable materials: mainly used for quenching medium carbon steel, high carbon steel, alloy steel and other materials. Like the quenching of die steel, the use of rapid quenching oil can make the die obtain good hardness and toughness and improve the service life of the die.
