GS-CKD heavy-duty industrial gear oil is compounded with deeply refined mineral oil and high-quality imported multifunctional high extreme pressure compound additives.
Characteristics：
-High extreme pressure and wear resistance: A large number of high-performance extreme pressure and wear-resistant additives are added, which can form a firm oil film on the gear surface, effectively resist wear, abrasion and gluing under high load, and protect the gear tooth surface.
-Good bearing capacity: it has high viscosity and viscosity index, and can bear heavy load, so as to ensure good oil film lubrication between gears under heavy load conditions and reduce contact stress on tooth surfaces.
-Strong oxidation stability: it is not easy to be oxidized and deteriorated under long-term high temperature and high pressure working environment, which can effectively inhibit the generation of harmful deposits such as sludge and paint film, prolong the service life of oil products and ensure the cleanliness of gear systems.
-Good anti-emulsification performance: It can quickly separate the water mixed in the oil, and maintain good lubrication performance even in wet environment or working conditions with a small amount of water to prevent the gear from rusting and corrosion.
Application:
