GS-FBL refrigerating machine oil is compounded with deeply refined mineral oil and antioxidant, antirust, lubricating and other additives.
Function:
-Lubrication function: form oil film between moving parts of compressor, reduce friction, reduce wear, improve mechanical efficiency and prolong the service life of compressor.
-Sealing function: it is filled in the piston, cylinder and shaft seal of the compressor to prevent refrigerant leakage and improve the sealing performance and refrigeration efficiency of the refrigeration system.
-Cooling function: take away the heat generated during the operation of the compressor, prevent the components from overheating, and ensure the compressor to work within the normal temperature range.
-Cleaning function: take away impurities such as metal chips and dust in the compressor and filter them through the filter to keep the system clean, so as to prevent impurities from wearing and blocking the parts.
Classification:
-Mineral refrigerating machine oil: It is refined and refined from petroleum, with relatively low price and good lubricating performance, but its low-temperature performance and chemical stability are not as good as those of synthetic refrigerating machine oil. It is suitable for some refrigeration systems with low refrigerant requirements and high operating temperature.
-Synthetic refrigerating machine oil: made of synthetic base oil and additives, it has excellent low-temperature fluidity, thermal stability, chemical stability and compatibility with refrigerants, can adapt to different types of refrigerants and working conditions, and is often used in refrigeration systems with high performance requirements, such as central air conditioners, automobile air conditioners and low-temperature refrigeration equipment.
Performance requirements:
-Proper viscosity: It can maintain proper viscosity at different working temperatures to ensure good lubrication and sealing performance.
-Low pour point and high flash point: the pour point should be low to ensure that it can still flow at low temperature; The flash point should be high to improve the safety of use and prevent combustion or explosion at high temperature.
-Good chemical stability: during long-term contact with refrigerants, metals, etc., chemical reactions such as oxidation and decomposition are not easy to occur, so as not to produce acidic substances and sludge, which will affect the performance and life of the refrigeration system.
-Good compatibility with refrigerants: it can be fully mixed with refrigerants used in the system, without stratification, precipitation and other phenomena, and does not affect the refrigeration effect of refrigerants.
