GS-HVI advanced anti-wear hydraulic oil is formulated with three kinds of deep refined base oils and unique ashless technology.
Composition:
-Base oil: Mineral oil with high degree of refining or synthetic oil with better performance is usually used. Anti-wear hydraulic oil based on mineral oil is relatively low in cost and widely used; The products based on synthetic oil have better low temperature performance, oxidation stability and thermal stability.
-Additives: It contains many additives, such as antiwear agent, antioxidant, antirust agent, antifoaming agent, emulsifier, etc. These additives cooperate with each other to make hydraulic oil have good comprehensive performance.
Features:
-Excellent wear resistance: it can form tough oil film on the surface of moving parts of hydraulic system, effectively reduce wear and prolong the service life of equipment, and provide reliable protection even under high pressure and high load working conditions.
