Description

HMB46 synthetic environment-friendly fire-resistant hydraulic oil is compounded with a unique phosphate ester synthesis process and various additives.

Composition:

-Synthetic base oil: Synthetic oils such as ester oil and polyether are usually used as base oil. These synthetic base oils have good biodegradability, thermal stability and lubricity.

Additives: Antioxidants, antiwear agents, rust inhibitors, antifoaming agents and other additives are added to improve the comprehensive performance of hydraulic oil and meet different working requirements. At the same time, it is also possible to add some special flame retardants to achieve the anti-combustion function.

-Good environmental protection performance: it has good biodegradability, can be decomposed by microorganisms quickly in the natural environment, and reduces environmental pollution.

-Strong flame resistance: it has excellent flame resistance, and is not easy to burn when it meets open fire or high temperature, which can effectively reduce the fire risk and improve the safety of the workplace.

-Good low-temperature fluidity: it can still maintain good fluidity in low-temperature environment, ensuring that the hydraulic system can start and work normally in cold conditions.
