Performance and use:
High-quality, heavy-duty lithium-based grease, containing special extreme pressure and anti-wear additives. Excellent lubrication effect between-20 ~ 140 c. It is widely used in mechanical equipment with heavy load, high temperature and strong vibration.

Description

High temperature lithium-based grease is a common lubricating product used in high temperature environment.
Composition and characteristics:

-Using lithium soap as thickener: Using fatty acid lithium soap as thickener makes the grease have good mechanical stability and colloidal stability, and can keep the structure stable when subjected to mechanical shearing, and it is not easy to dilute and lose.

-Use high-quality base oil: mineral oil or synthetic oil with high degree of refining is usually used as base oil. Synthetic oil has better high temperature stability, oxidation stability and low temperature fluidity, and can adapt to a wider temperature range.

-Adding high-temperature additives: In order to improve the high-temperature resistance, high-temperature additives such as antioxidants and antiwear agents were added. These additives can inhibit the oxidation deterioration of base oil at high temperature, reduce the wear of metal surface and prolong the service life of lubricating grease.

-High dropping point: generally, the dropping point is above 180℃, and some products can reach about 200℃, which makes it remain solid in high temperature environment, difficult to melt and lose, and can effectively maintain the integrity of lubricating film.

Application:

It is suitable for lubrication of mechanical equipment under various high-temperature working conditions, such as high-temperature kilns, ovens and heat treatment equipment in steel, cement, glass, ceramics and other industries. Commonly used for lubrication of bearings, gears, chains and other parts of these equipment, it can provide good lubrication protection for equipment in high temperature environment, reduce friction loss, prevent equipment from failure due to high temperature, and prolong the service life of equipment.
