Description

GS-LU12 steel plate cold rolling emulsion is a mineral oil cold rolling emulsion with low saponification value, which has excellent rust prevention and cooling performance, high thermal conductivity and heat capacity, is beneficial to the transfer of strip steel and rollers to cooling liquid, can effectively ensure the optimal rolling process requirements of 45°C to 65°C for rolling liquid, and can ensure rust prevention between processes in the rolling process. Excellent lubrication performance can effectively reduce rolling force, reduce energy consumption and avoid strip fracture. Good annealing performance ensures high cleanliness and no spots after annealing.

Composition:

-Base oil: Generally, refined mineral oil or synthetic oil is selected to provide basic lubrication and bearing capacity for emulsion.

-Emulsifier: make the base oil evenly dispersed in water to form a stable emulsion. Anionic, cationic and nonionic emulsifiers are commonly used.

-Additives: including rust inhibitors, extreme pressure additives, antioxidants, defoamers, etc. Rust inhibitor prevents steel plate from rusting; Extreme pressure additives improve lubrication performance under high pressure; Antioxidants prevent emulsion from oxidative deterioration; Defoamer eliminates foam in emulsion.

Function:

-Lubrication function: a lubricating film is formed between the roller and the steel plate, which reduces friction, rolling force and roller wear, and improves the surface quality and accuracy of the steel plate.

-Cooling function: quickly take away the heat generated in the cold rolling process, prevent the steel plate and the roll from overheating, avoid the deformation and annealing of the steel plate, and ensure the dimensional stability and surface hardness of the roll.

-Cleaning function: Wash away impurities such as iron filings and oil stains generated in the rolling process to prevent them from adhering to the surface of the steel plate or entering the gap between rollers, which will affect the product quality.

-Rust prevention: a protective film is formed on the surface of the steel plate to isolate air and moisture and prevent the steel plate from rusting during processing.

Performance requirements:

-Good stability: during use, it can maintain a stable emulsion state, and it is not easy to demulsify and delaminate, so as to ensure the stable performance.

-Excellent lubricity: it can effectively reduce the friction coefficient, meet the lubrication requirements of cold rolling of steel plates, and reduce the adhesion and scratches between rollers and steel plates.

-Efficient cooling performance: It has high specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity, and can quickly absorb and dissipate heat during rolling.

-Reliable rust resistance: provide good rust protection for steel plate to prevent rust during processing and short-term storage.

-Good cleanability: It can remove iron filings, oil stains and other impurities in time and keep the working area clean.

Precautions for use:

-Concentration management: strictly control the concentration of emulsion according to the steel plate material, rolling process and other factors, and usually use refractometer to regularly detect and adjust the concentration.

-Daily maintenance: regularly check the pH value, conductivity, bacterial content and other indicators of emulsion, replenish stock solution, water and additives in time, and regularly clean emulsion tank and filtration system to prevent bacterial growth and impurity accumulation.

-Filtration system: equipped with efficient filtration system, such as magnetic filter and paper filter, to remove impurities such as iron filings and abrasive particles in the emulsion and ensure the cleanliness of the emulsion.

-Storage conditions: It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature environment to prevent emulsion from deteriorating.
