Composition:
-The base oil is usually refined mineral oil, which has good lubricity and stability. Emulsifier is the key component, which can make the base oil evenly dispersed in water to form a stable emulsion. At the same time, rust inhibitors, extreme pressure additives, antioxidants, defoamers and other additives are added to meet different performance requirements.
Function:
-Lubrication function: a lubricating film is formed between the roller and aluminum, which reduces the friction coefficient and rolling force, makes the aluminum surface smoother, improves the product quality, and reduces the wear of the roller.
-Cooling function: quickly take away a lot of heat generated during cold rolling, prevent deformation and annealing of aluminum and rollers due to overheating, and ensure the stability of rolling process and the performance of aluminum.
-Cleaning function: It can clean the impurities such as aluminium scrap and oil stain generated in the rolling process, keep the working area clean, and avoid the impurities from scratching or polluting the aluminum surface.
–Anti-rust function: a protective film is formed on the surface of aluminum to prevent aluminum from rusting due to contact with air and moisture during processing, which plays a short-term anti-rust role.

-Stability: During use, the emulsion should be kept in a stable emulsion state, and it is not easy to break the emulsion, so as to ensure the stable performance of its various properties.

Precautions for use:
-Concentration control: It is necessary to strictly control the concentration of emulsion. Generally, it is detected by instruments such as refractometer, and the appropriate concentration range is adjusted according to factors such as aluminum material and rolling process.
-Regular maintenance: regularly test various performance indexes of emulsion, such as pH value and bacterial content, replenish stock solution and water in time, add maintenance agents such as bactericide, and change emulsion regularly to ensure its good performance.
-Filtering system: Equipped with an effective filtering system to remove impurities, aluminium scrap, etc. in the emulsion in time to prevent it from adversely affecting the processing quality.
-Storage conditions: It should be stored in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight and high temperature environment to prevent emulsion from deteriorating.
