Description
GS-CHV10 marine system oil is refined from refined mineral oil with high-performance additives such as detergency, dispersion, oxidation resistance, wear resistance and rust prevention.
Function:
-Lubrication function: oil film is formed between the moving parts of the marine engine, which reduces friction and wear and ensures the smooth operation of the parts.
-Cooling function: It can absorb the heat generated during the operation of the engine, take it away through circulation, and prevent the parts from being damaged due to overheating.
-Cleaning function: the impurities, wear particles and other pollutants in the engine are suspended in the oil, which is removed by the filtration system to keep the system clean.
-Sealing function: it plays a sealing role at the joint of some parts to prevent gas or liquid leakage and ensure the normal working pressure of the system.
Performance requirements：
-Good lubricity: It can provide reliable lubrication under various working conditions of marine engines, including high temperature, high pressure and high load conditions, and ensure low-friction operation between components.
-Anti-oxidation stability: during long-term use, it can resist oxidation, is not easy to deteriorate, keeps the performance of oil stable, and prolongs the oil change cycle.
Anti-wear performance: It contains effective anti-wear additives, which can reduce the wear of engine parts, especially under high load and boundary lubrication conditions, and protect key parts.
-Water separation performance: As there may be water in the marine environment, marine system oil needs to have good water separation performance, which can quickly separate the water mixed in the oil, avoid emulsifying phenomenon and ensure the normal performance of the oil.
Scope of application:
It is suitable for the main engine, auxiliary engine and other systems that need lubrication and cooling, such as the gearbox, shafting and hydraulic system of the ship.
