Description
GS-FAB screw air compressor oil is refined with three kinds of base oils and multifunctional ashless additives.
Function:
-Lubrication function: oil film is formed on the surfaces of moving parts such as screws and bearings of the compressor, so as to reduce friction and wear of parts and ensure the normal operation of the compressor.
-Cooling function: absorb the heat generated during the operation of the compressor and take it away through the circulating cooling system to prevent the compressor from being damaged due to overheating.
-Sealing function: it is filled between the screws and the gap between the screws and the casing to form a sealing layer to prevent the leakage of compressed air and improve the efficiency of the compressor.
-Noise reduction: It can buffer the impact and vibration between moving parts, thus reducing the noise when the compressor is running.
Classification:
-Mineral screw air compressor oil: made of mineral oil as base oil and adding appropriate additives. It has the advantages of low price and good lubrication performance, but it is relatively poor in high temperature stability, oxidation resistance and low temperature fluidity, and is suitable for occasions with low requirements on compressed air quality and mild operating conditions.
-Synthetic screw air compressor oil: synthetic base oil such as PAO, ester oil or polyether is used, and high-performance additives are added. It has good high-temperature stability, oxidation resistance, low-temperature fluidity and wear resistance, can adapt to worse working conditions, and is suitable for screw air compressors with high requirements on compressed air quality and complex operating conditions.
Performance requirements:
-Proper viscosity: It can maintain proper viscosity at different working temperatures to ensure good lubrication and sealing effect.
-Good thermal stability and oxidation resistance: under the conditions of high temperature and long-term operation, it is not easy to be oxidized and deteriorated, and can effectively inhibit the formation of sludge and carbon deposit.
-Wear resistance: it can provide good protection for moving parts under high load, reduce wear and prolong the service life of the compressor.
-Emulsification resistance: It can be quickly separated when it encounters moisture, so as to avoid the formation of emulsion and affect the performance of oil products.
-Low foam: In the compression process, it can inhibit the generation of foam and prevent poor lubrication and reduction of compression efficiency due to excessive foam.
