GS-FAP synthetic screw dry air compressor oil is compounded with high-quality synthetic ether, synthetic ester and unique additives.
Composition:
-Synthetic base oil: Synthetic oil such as poly-α-olefin (PAO), ester oil or polyether is usually used as base oil. These synthetic base oils have excellent oxidation stability, thermal stability and low temperature fluidity.
-Additives: including antioxidants, antiwear agents, rust inhibitors, defoamers, cleaning and dispersing agents, etc. The function of additives is to enhance the performance of oil products and meet the use requirements of screw air compressors under different working conditions.
Features:
-High lubricity: It can form a firm oil film on the surfaces of moving parts such as rotors and bearings of the screw compressor, effectively reducing friction and wear, ensuring the efficient operation of the compressor and prolonging the service life of the equipment.
-Good thermal stability and oxidation resistance: it is not easy to be oxidized and deteriorated at high temperature, which can effectively inhibit the generation of sludge and carbon deposit, keep the interior of the compressor clean and reduce the maintenance cost.
-Excellent low-temperature fluidity: it can maintain good fluidity even in low-temperature environment, ensuring that the compressor can get sufficient lubrication quickly and reduce wear when starting.
-Strong emulsification resistance: it can be quickly separated from water, so as to avoid the degradation of oil performance caused by water mixing and affect the normal operation of the compressor.
-Low volatility: it has low volatility, which can reduce the loss of oil products during use and reduce environmental pollution caused by oil and gas emissions.
