Composition and characteristics:
-Composite lithium soap is used as thickener: it is composed of fatty acid lithium soap and other metal salts (such as calcium and zinc), which makes it have better high temperature resistance and mechanical stability.
-Excellent performance of base oil: Mineral oil or synthetic oil is usually used as base oil. The high-temperature composite lithium grease based on synthetic oil has better low-temperature fluidity, oxidation stability and thermal stability.
-Outstanding high-temperature resistance: the dropping point is generally above 260℃, and some even reach about 300℃, which can maintain good lubrication performance in high-temperature environment and is not easy to run off and deteriorate by oxidation.
-Good water resistance: it can keep the structure stable in wet or watery environment, and it is not easy to emulsify, which can effectively prevent the influence of water on the performance of grease and protect metal parts from corrosion.
-Good mechanical stability: under the action of mechanical shearing, the structure of grease is not easy to be damaged, and it can maintain good consistency and lubricity, and can adapt to high-load and high-speed mechanical equipment.
Application:
It is suitable for lubrication of all kinds of mechanical equipment working in high temperature environment, such as continuous casting machines, hot rolling mills and coke oven equipment in iron and steel plants, rotary kilns and dryers in cement plants, and bearings, gears and chains in high temperature parts such as injection molding machines and extruders in plastic processing industries. In addition, it is also widely used in the transmission parts of some high-temperature furnaces, ovens and other equipment.
