Description

HM antiwear hydraulic oil is compounded with deeply refined mineral oil and various additives such as antirust, antioxidant and antiwear.

Composition:

-Base oil: mineral oil or synthetic oil is generally used. Mineral oil has low cost and wide sources, which can meet the requirements of general hydraulic systems. Synthetic oil has better low temperature performance, oxidation stability and wear resistance, and is suitable for occasions with high requirements on oil performance.

-Additives: including antiwear agents, antioxidants, rust inhibitors, antifoaming agents, emulsifiers, etc. These additives can improve the performance of base oil and make it meet the requirements of hydraulic system under different working conditions.

Features:

-Strong abrasion resistance: With the addition of high-efficiency antiwear agent, a protective film can be formed on the metal surface, which reduces the abrasion between friction pairs and prolongs the service life of hydraulic pumps, motors, valves and other components.

-Good oxidation resistance: it can maintain stability under long-term use and high temperature environment, reduce the generation of oxidation products, prevent the formation of sludge and paint film, and keep the hydraulic system clean.

-Good emulsification resistance: it can be quickly separated when it meets water, avoiding the formation of emulsion, ensuring the stability of oil products, and preventing the deterioration of lubrication performance and corrosion of parts caused by emulsification.

-Good foam resistance: it can effectively inhibit the generation of foam, make the air mixed with oil release quickly, ensure the pressure stability of hydraulic system, and avoid cavitation and vibration.

Application:

Widely used in industrial, agricultural, construction machinery and other fields of hydraulic systems, such as hydraulic transmission systems of machine tools, injection molding machines, cranes, hydraulic elevators, agricultural tractors and other equipment, which can meet the requirements of the hydraulic system for wear resistance, lubrication and heat dissipation of oil products under different working conditions.
