Description
HMA46 fire-proof and flame-resistant hydraulic oil is compounded by water-glycol, rust-proof, anti-wear and anti-oxidation, defoaming and other additives.
Features:
-Flammability: this is its most important characteristic. With special formula and additives, hydraulic oil is difficult to burn or can extinguish itself quickly when it encounters fire sources such as open flame, high temperature or electric arc, thus effectively reducing the risk of fire.
-Good thermal stability: it can maintain stable performance in high temperature environment, and it is not easy to be oxidized, decomposed or deteriorated, so as to ensure the reliability of the hydraulic system when it runs at high temperature for a long time.
-Wear resistance: It has excellent wear resistance, can form a firm oil film on the surface of moving parts of hydraulic system, reduce friction and wear, and prolong the service life of equipment.
-Emulsification resistance: it can be quickly separated from water, and it can maintain good performance even in a humid environment or with a small amount of water mixed in the system, so as to avoid affecting the use effect of hydraulic oil due to emulsification.
Type:
-Water-glycol type: composed of water, glycol and various additives, it has good flame resistance, low-temperature fluidity and corrosion resistance, relatively low price and wide application.
-Phosphate ester type: It has excellent flame resistance, lubricity and thermal stability, but the cost is high, and it has certain compatibility requirements for sealing materials.
-Synthetic hydrocarbon type: it is made of synthetic hydrocarbon as base oil and added with fire-resistant additives, which has good fire-resistant and hydraulic properties and is suitable for some occasions with high performance requirements.
Application:
It is mainly used in hydraulic systems with fire hazards in coal mines, metallurgy, electric power, aerospace, ships and other industries, such as hydraulic supports in coal mines, high-temperature furnace equipment in metallurgical plants, and steam turbine speed control systems in power plants. In these places, once the hydraulic oil leaks and meets the fire source, ordinary hydraulic oil is easy to cause fire, and fire-proof and flame-resistant hydraulic oil can effectively ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.
