Description

GS-HOC04 vacuum quenching oil is made from deeply refined mineral oil by a unique fraction cutting process and multi-effect compound additives.
Composition and characteristics:

-Ingredients: It is usually made of refined mineral oil or synthetic oil as base oil, and various additives are added. Additives include antioxidants, brighteners, antifoaming agents, etc. to improve the performance of oil products.

-Characteristics: It has low saturated vapor pressure, is not volatile in vacuum environment, and can avoid forming a gas film on the surface of the workpiece to affect the cooling effect. It also has good cooling performance, which can make the workpiece quickly cool under vacuum condition and obtain the required structure and properties. In addition, vacuum quenching oil has good thermal stability and oxidation resistance, and can be used in high temperature and vacuum environment for a long time without deterioration.

Mainly used in aerospace, mold manufacturing, electronic components and other fields that require high performance and surface quality of parts. For example, high-temperature alloy parts of aero-engines, precision molds and some high-precision parts in electronic chip manufacturing, etc., vacuum quenching oil is often used in vacuum quenching process to ensure the quality and performance of parts.
