GS-LA Copper-aluminum tubing drawing oil

GS-LA copper-aluminum pipe drawing oil is made of low molecular polymer oiliness, extreme pressure and non-ferrous metal preservatives. It is a pure oily product with good lubrication and cooling effect, good surface smoothness, small tolerance, no residue after annealing, and good adaptability to refrigerants, which meets the environmental protection requirements in Europe and America.
Recommended use:
◆LA12A is suitable for drawing small and medium-sized copper and aluminum pipes such as decorative handicrafts, bicycle aluminum pipes, advanced luggage tie rods, fishing rods and decorative aluminum materials.
◆LA12B is used for heavy-load stretching of building aluminum and copper-aluminum pipes, and is suitable for large-diameter pipes.
◆ There is no residual carbon after annealing, which is used for drawing copper pipes and aluminum pipes.

Description

Drawing oil for copper-aluminum pipe is a kind of lubricant specially used for drawing copper-aluminum pipe, which can achieve the following functions:
-Reducing friction: In the process of pipe drawing, a uniform lubricating film can be formed between the die and the surface of the pipe, which effectively reduces friction and tensile force, thus reducing equipment energy consumption and improving production efficiency.

-Improve the surface quality: prevent the pipe surface from directly contacting with the mold, avoid scratches, strains and other defects, improve the surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy of the pipe, and ensure the product quality.

-Cooling the mold: it can take away the heat generated in the drawing process, play the role of cooling the mold, avoid the mold from overheating and reduce the service life, and also help to maintain the stable performance of the pipe.

Composition:

-Base oil: Mineral oil or synthetic oil with good lubricity and low-temperature fluidity is usually selected. Mineral oil has low cost and wide sources; Synthetic oils, such as polyether and ester oils, have better lubricity, oxidation resistance and thermal stability.

-Additives: including oiliness agent, extreme pressure antiwear agent, antioxidant, antirust agent, etc. Oily agent can enhance the adsorption capacity of oil film on metal surface; Extreme pressure antiwear agent provides good antiwear protection under harsh conditions such as high pressure and high temperature; Antioxidants prevent oil products from oxidative deterioration during use; Rust inhibitors can prevent pipes and molds from rusting.

Classification:

-According to the different requirements of drawing process of copper-aluminum pipes, it can be divided into ordinary drawing oil and high-performance drawing oil. Ordinary drawing oil is suitable for drawing with general precision requirements; High-performance drawing oil has higher lubricity, extreme pressure and oxidation resistance, and is suitable for drawing high-precision, thin-walled pipes and pipes with complex shapes.

-According to the form of oil, it can be divided into pure oily drawing oil and emulsified drawing oil. Pure oily drawing oil has good lubricity, but it is relatively difficult to clean; Emulsified drawing oil has better cooling and cleaning performance and lower cost, but its lubricity is slightly lower than that of pure oily drawing oil.
