GS-LA10 aluminum plate cold rolling oil is a special lubricating oil specially designed for aluminum plate cold rolling process, which plays a key role in aluminum plate cold rolling process, as follows:
-Lubrication: an oil film is formed between the roller and the aluminum plate, which reduces the friction coefficient, friction and wear, reduces the rolling force, improves the rolling efficiency, and can also prevent defects such as scratches and scratches on the aluminum plate surface and ensure the surface quality.
-Cooling: Take away a large amount of heat generated by friction and deformation in the cold rolling process in time, so as to avoid performance changes and deformation of rolls and aluminum plates due to overheating, and maintain the normal working state of rolls and dimensional accuracy of aluminum plates.
-Cleaning: It has good cleaning ability, which can remove aluminium scrap and impurities produced in the rolling process, and prevent them from adhering to the surface of aluminum plate or entering the gap between rolls, which will affect the quality of aluminum plate and the stability of rolling process.
-Rust prevention: a protective film can be formed on the surface of aluminum plate to prevent aluminum plate from rusting during rolling and subsequent storage and transportation, and to ensure the corrosion resistance of aluminum plate.
Composition:
-Base oil:
-Mineral oil: Mineral oil with high degree of refinement is often selected, which has relatively low cost, wide sources and certain lubricity and stability.
-Synthetic oil: such as polyalphaolefin (PAO), ester oil, etc. Synthetic oil has excellent low-temperature fluidity, oxidation resistance, thermal stability and lubricity, which can meet the demand of high-end aluminum plate cold rolling, but the cost is high.
-Additives:
-Oily agent: enhance the adsorption capacity of oil film on the metal surface, improve the lubrication effect, and make the oil film more firmly adhere to the surfaces of rollers and aluminum plates.
-Extreme pressure antiwear agent: under harsh conditions such as high pressure and high temperature, a chemical reaction film is formed on the metal surface to prevent direct contact between the roller and the aluminum plate and reduce wear.
-Antioxidant: Inhibit the oxidation reaction of oil products due to heat and contact with oxygen during use, delay the deterioration of oil products and prolong their service life.
-Rust inhibitor: It can form a protective film on the metal surface, isolate corrosive substances such as moisture and oxygen from contacting with the metal, and play a role in rust prevention.
-Detergent dispersant: keep impurities and pollutants in the oil in suspension, prevent them from depositing on the surfaces of rollers and aluminum plates, and keep the oil clean.
