Description
GS-LA11 aluminum wire drawing oil is a special lubricating oil specially used in aluminum wire drawing.
Main functions:
-Lubrication: a lubrication film is formed on the surface of wire drawing die and aluminum material, which reduces the friction coefficient, reduces the wear between die and aluminum material, ensures the smooth wire drawing process, reduces the wire drawing force and saves energy.
-Cooling: It can take away the heat generated by friction in the wire drawing process in time, avoid the damage or performance degradation of aluminum materials and molds due to overheating, and maintain the machining accuracy and product quality.
-Cleaning: aluminium scrap and other impurities generated during wire drawing can be removed to prevent them from adhering to the aluminum surface or entering the mold, which will affect the surface quality of products and the service life of the mold.
Composition:
-Base oil: refined mineral oil or synthetic oil is mostly used. Refined mineral oil has lower cost and better lubrication performance; Synthetic oils, such as poly (α-olefin) (PAO) and ester oils, have better oxidation resistance, low-temperature fluidity and thermal stability.
-Additives: including oiliness agent (enhancing oil film adsorption), extreme pressure antiwear agent (protecting mold and aluminum under high pressure), antioxidant (preventing oil from oxidative deterioration), rust inhibitor (preventing aluminum and equipment from rusting), defoamer (inhibiting foam generation), etc.
Type:
-Pure oily aluminum wire drawing oil: Excellent lubricity, suitable for wire drawing of aluminum materials with high surface quality and precision, such as high-end decorative aluminum materials and precision aluminum materials for electronics, but relatively troublesome to clean.
-Water-based aluminum wire drawing oil: water is the main component, and additives such as lubricants and rust inhibitors are added, which has good cooling and cleaning properties, low use cost and relative environmental protection, but the lubricating performance is slightly inferior to that of pure oily wire drawing oil.
