Description
GS-LU14 WEDM emulsion is a common working fluid in WEDM, which is made of emulsified oil for WEDM by adding water in a certain proportion. Generally, it is composed of mineral oil, emulsifier and additives. Mineral oil provides lubrication performance; Emulsifier makes oil and water form stable emulsion; Additives include extreme pressure agents, rust inhibitors, defoamers, corrosion inhibitors, explosives, etc., which can enhance the performance of lubrication, rust prevention, defoaming, etc., and improve the effect of cutting hard alloy and other workpieces.
Function:
-cooling: quickly take away a lot of heat generated by discharge between the electrode wire and the workpiece during wire cutting, prevent the electrode wire from annealing and deformation of the workpiece, and ensure the machining accuracy and service life of the electrode wire.
-Lubrication: a lubrication film is formed on the electrode wire and the surface of the workpiece to reduce friction, electrode wire loss, surface smoothness of the workpiece and wire breakage.
-Cleaning: Wash away the electrical corrosion products (such as metal chips, carbon particles, etc.) produced by processing in time to prevent them from affecting the processing stability and surface quality, and keep the processing area clean.
-Insulation: it has certain insulation performance, so that the discharge can be carried out in a suitable area and the stable discharge machining state can be maintained.
-Rust prevention: A protective film can be formed on the surface of the workpiece to prevent the machined workpiece from rusting.
Scope of application:
It is mainly used for fast wire cutting and medium wire cutting machines, and is suitable for WEDM of various metal materials (such as steel, cast iron, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other metals and alloys).
Precautions for use:
-Dilution: It needs to be diluted with water in proportion (usually 1:10-20). Different products have different dilution ratios, so it is necessary to operate strictly according to the instructions.
-Maintenance: regularly check parameters such as concentration and pH value, and replenish stock solution and water in time; Clean up impurities and deposits in the working liquid tank to prevent the use effect from being affected; Pay attention to prevent microbial pollution, and add fungicides when necessary.
-Storage: Store indoors at normal temperature, avoid mixing with sundries and waste liquid, and prevent volatilization and deterioration. The shelf life is generally 1-2 years.
