Description
The special grease for roller bearings is a high-performance grease developed according to the working characteristics of roller bearings.
Composition and characteristics:
-High-performance base oil: Synthetic oil such as PAO or ester oil is usually used, which has excellent lubricity, oxidation stability and low-temperature fluidity, and can provide good lubrication for roller bearings under harsh conditions such as high temperature and high speed.
-Special thickener: Use thickener such as lithium base, composite lithium base or polyurea, so that the grease has good structural stability and mechanical stability, is not easy to be damaged under high load and strong shear force, and can maintain good consistency and lubricity.
–Extreme pressure and anti-wear additives: A large number of extreme pressure and anti-wear agents, such as molybdenum disulfide and phosphate, are added, which can form a firm protective film on the metal surface, effectively reduce the friction coefficient and prevent the bearing from wearing, scratching and gluing under heavy load.
-Good high temperature resistance: it has a high dropping point, generally above 200℃, can withstand the high temperature generated by the roller bearing in the working process, is not easy to soften and lose, and can maintain stable lubrication performance for a long time in a high temperature environment.
-Water resistance and rust resistance: It has excellent water resistance, can keep stable performance in wet or water-sprayed environment, and contains efficient rust inhibitor, which can prevent bearing metal parts from rusting and corrosion.
Application:
It is mainly used in steel rolling equipment in metallurgical industry, such as roller bearings of hot rolling mills and cold rolling mills. It can meet the lubrication requirements of roller bearings under severe working conditions such as high speed, heavy load, high temperature and humidity, effectively prolong the service life of bearings, reduce equipment failures and maintenance times, and improve production efficiency.
