Description
Turbine oil, also known as turbine oil, is a special lubricating oil for turbine machinery such as steam turbines and gas turbines.
Function:
-Lubrication: oil film is formed between bearings, gears and other moving parts of turbine machinery, which reduces friction and wear and ensures the normal operation of the parts.
-Cooling function: it can take away the heat generated by friction and other reasons, prevent the parts from overheating, and maintain the normal working temperature of the equipment.
-Speed regulation function: as the working medium of hydraulic control system, it transmits pressure and controls the speed regulation system of steam turbine to ensure the stable speed of the unit.
-Sealing function: it plays a sealing role at the joint of some parts to prevent steam or other working medium from leaking.
Performance requirements:
-Good lubricity: It can provide reliable lubrication under various working conditions to ensure low-friction operation between components.
-Anti-oxidation stability: under the condition of long-term high temperature and contact with air, it has strong ability to resist oxidation deterioration, so as to ensure the stability of oil products and prolong their service life.
-Emulsification resistance: It can quickly separate the water mixed in the oil to avoid the formation of emulsion, which will affect the lubrication and cooling performance of the oil.
-Cleanliness: The oil product is required to have a high cleanliness, and it does not contain impurities, particles and other pollutants, so as to prevent blocking the oil circuit and wearing parts.
Application field:
Mainly used in steam turbines and gas turbines in the power industry, as well as turbine machinery used in petrochemical, metallurgical, shipbuilding and other fields.
