Composition:
-Base oil: high-quality mineral base oil is mostly used, and some products use synthetic base oil. Refined base oil with good fluidity and low odor is common, which provides basic lubrication and cooling performance for cutting oil.
-Extreme pressure additives: key components, such as sulfurized lard, sulfurized fatty acid esters, and related compounds of elements such as sulfur, chlorine and phosphorus. Under extreme cutting conditions such as high pressure and high temperature, extreme pressure additives can chemically react with metal surface to form a firm lubricating film, which prevents the tool from directly contacting the workpiece surface and reduces friction and wear.
-Other additives: including rust inhibitor, which can prevent the workpiece from rusting during processing; Antioxidant can inhibit oil oxidation and prolong service life; There may also be anti-wear agents, oiliness agents, defoamers, etc., which respectively enhance the anti-wear ability, improve the boundary lubrication performance, and reduce the generation of foam.

-Excellent cleaning performance: impurities such as chips and abrasive chips are washed away by liquid flow to prevent them from accumulating on the surfaces of tools and workpieces, so as to avoid affecting machining accuracy and tool life and ensure smooth machining.
-Strong rust resistance: a protective film is formed on the surface of the workpiece to block the contact between water and oxygen in the air and the metal, so as to prevent the machined workpiece from rusting and meet the short-term protection requirements.
-Low oil mist characteristics: some high-performance extreme pressure cutting oils contain oil mist suppression additives, which can reduce the phenomena of atomization and oil mist drifting, improve the working environment of the workshop and reduce the harm of oil mist to the health of operators.
