Description

GS-XE15 tapping oil is a special lubricating oil used in tapping technology. The pure oily tapping oil, which is compounded by various active extreme pressure agents, non-active oiliness agents and other components, has excellent extreme pressure and lubricating properties, can meet the harsh machining process of various difficult-to-machine materials, can effectively solve the phenomena of tool wear and poor finish during machining, and has unique permeability, which can directly penetrate into the cutting edge of the tool to improve cutting efficiency and prolong the service life of the tool.

Composition:

Usually refined mineral oil or synthetic oil is used as base oil, and oiliness agents such as sulfurized lard and sulfurized fatty acid ester are added, as well as extreme pressure antiwear agents, lubricating antiwear agents, coolants, surfactants, antioxidants and other additives.

Features and functions:

-Good lubricity: it can form a firm oil film between the tap and the workpiece, reduce the friction coefficient, make the tap cut into the workpiece more smoothly, reduce the cutting resistance, reduce the risk of tap breakage, reduce the burden of the machine tool and prolong the service life of the machine tool.

-Good cooling effect: it can quickly absorb and take away the heat generated during tapping, prevent the tap from softening due to high-temperature annealing, prevent the workpiece from being deformed due to local overheating, and ensure that tapping is carried out at a suitable temperature.

Excellent chip removal performance: good permeability enables oil to penetrate into the blade in time, allowing chips to be discharged smoothly, avoiding chip accumulation in the hole, and preventing chips from scratching the machined surface and damaging the tap.

-Protect the tool: its wear resistance can form a protective film on the tap surface, reduce tap wear, prolong the service life of the tap, and improve the surface smoothness and accuracy of the processed thread.
