Working principle:
In the process of metal drawing, rust-proof drawing oil forms a tough and well-adhered oil film on the surface of die and metal material. On the one hand, this oil film plays a role in lubrication, reducing the friction coefficient between the die and the metal, enabling the metal to stretch and deform smoothly in the die, reducing the stretching force and preventing the metal surface from being pulled and scratched; On the other hand, the antirust components in the oil film form a layer of antirust protective film on the metal surface, which prevents air, moisture and other corrosive substances from contacting with the metal, thus playing an antirust role and protecting metal products from corrosion during the drawing process and subsequent storage and transportation.
